Pay Tribute To Your Loved Ones

Spirit of Remembrance provides the opportunity for families and friends to honor or memorialize a loved one while joining our mission of achieving a world without Alzheimer’s disease.  Each Spring, the Alzheimer’s Association invites family members and friends to a special dedication ceremony to view the Spirit of Remembrance wall and pay tribute to loved ones listed on the newly installed, permanent commemorative plaque.

Levels of Giving

All gifts of $250 or more entitle donors to honor or memorialize a loved one permanently on our Spirit of Remembrance wall under one of the following categories:

Benefactor
Gifts from $250 to $499

Ambassador
Gifts from $500 to $999

Founder's Club
Gifts from $1,000 to $1,999

Millennium Society
Gifts from $2,000 and above
